Valu is taking its flexible payment offering deeper into everyday shopping in Egypt through a new partnership with noon Minutes.

The fintech has become noon Minutes’ exclusive financial payments provider and first payment partner. This allows customers to use Valu to pay for groceries, household essentials, and other purchases on the quick-commerce platform.
Integrating Valu Payments Egypt into Quick Commerce
Customers can access Valu instalment plans of up to 60 months. They can also use Valu’s Sparkit service to complete purchases and pay up to 45 days later with no additional fees.
Valu has built much of its consumer-finance business around flexible payments across categories such as electronics, furniture, travel, healthcare, and education.
The noon Minutes partnership takes that model into quick commerce, where customers typically use the service for faster delivery of groceries, household products, and other everyday needs.
Expanding Digital Financial Services
That gives Valu another way to bring its financing and payment products into the checkout experience rather than keeping them limited to traditional retail categories.
The companies said early activity since the partnership went live indicates that Valu customers are using noon Minutes for both higher-value individual purchases and regular household and grocery shopping. They did not disclose customer uptake or transaction values.
“At Valu, we are continuously looking for new ways to embed flexible financial solutions into the everyday experiences of our customers,” said Omar Abdelhady, Chief Products and Growth Officer at Valu.

Digital Financial Services Growth
The partnership also continues Valu’s push to integrate its financial services directly into digital platforms.
Valu previously partnered with noon to enable BNPL transactions and digital onboarding within the broader noon shopping experience. In 2025, the companies launched digital onboarding that allowed new customers to register for Valu and use its financing without leaving the noon platform.
The latest deal extends that relationship into noon Minutes, where speed and convenience are central to the shopping experience.
For noon Minutes, the partnership adds another payment option for customers while giving Valu access to a wider range of everyday transactions.
“At noon Minutes, our mission is to make everyday shopping faster, simpler and more accessible for customers across Egypt,” said Hussein Heiba, General Manager of noon Minutes Egypt.
Impact on Egypt’s Fintech Market
The partnership shows how consumer finance is becoming increasingly embedded in digital commerce rather than operating as a separate financial service.
For consumers, that means financing can appear directly within everyday shopping journeys. For fintech companies such as Valu, it creates more opportunities to use existing credit and payment infrastructure across different types of purchases.
The bigger test will be whether flexible payments become a regular part of quick-commerce spending, rather than remaining primarily a tool for larger purchases.
For now, Valu and noon Minutes are expanding the fintech-quick commerce relationship in one of Egypt’s largest digital consumer markets.
