Tech Mahindra has launched an AI-powered Engineering Experience Centre in Hyderabad to help enterprises accelerate product innovation and speed time-to-market.

The launch comes as organizations across industries face mounting pressure to accelerate product development while navigating increasing technological complexity, geopolitical uncertainty, evolving customer expectations, and shorter innovation cycles.

Through the new center, Tech Mahindra aims to help businesses move more efficiently from concept to commercialization by combining advanced engineering capabilities with artificial intelligence and collaborative product development.

The Engineering Experience Centre serves as an immersive, hands-on environment where customers, technology partners, industry stakeholders, and Tech Mahindra's engineering teams can jointly design, test, validate, and refine new products before they reach the market. Rather than functioning as a traditional demonstration facility, the center replicates real-world engineering environments, allowing organizations to experience the complete product engineering lifecycle.

Visitors can explore every stage of product development from early design concepts and engineering workflows to teardown analysis, validation processes, testing environments, manufacturing considerations, and supply chain integration. 

The center also showcases how AI-powered engineering tools are improving productivity, reducing development risks, and enabling faster decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.

A key feature of the facility is its use of model-based systems engineering, supported by digital twin and digital thread technologies. These capabilities provide enterprises with real-time visibility into product performance, allowing engineering teams to simulate, optimize, and validate products before physical production begins. 

By integrating AI throughout the engineering process, organizations can improve design quality, reduce development costs, and accelerate time-to-market while maintaining compliance and operational resilience.

The centre has also been designed to encourage co-creation, enabling customers to collaborate directly with Tech Mahindra's engineers on solving complex business and engineering challenges. The company believes this collaborative approach will help enterprises develop smarter products while responding more quickly to changing market conditions.
