Orange Egypt is partnering with MARAKEZ to deploy high-speed fiber networks and smart digital infrastructure across four major developments. This partnership is a big step toward integrating advanced connectivity into real estate projects and building future-ready living spaces.
The agreement covers Ramla on the North Coast, District 5 in New Cairo, Aeon Towers in 6th of October City, and Mall of Arabia. Orange Egypt will design, deploy, and operate networks and digital solutions tailored to the specific needs of each location.

Deploying Smart Digital Infrastructure
At Ramla, Orange Egypt will provide Triple Play services combining high-speed broadband, Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), and fixed-line voice services. The company will also deploy public Wi-Fi across beach areas, while hotels and commercial units will receive high-speed internet connectivity.
At District 5, residential units will have access to Triple Play services. Businesses and commercial spaces in the area will also have access to high-speed internet.
Aeon Towers will receive Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) infrastructure for residents and businesses. Additionally, the site will benefit from high-speed internet specifically for its commercial units.
Enhanced Security and Connectivity
At Mall of Arabia, the partnership will extend beyond standard connectivity. Orange Egypt will install and develop an intelligent CCTV surveillance system for the mall's first phase.
