Saudi event-tech startup INVE has raised $300K from Outliers VC to expand its business event platform and grow across Saudi Arabia and the GCC.
The Riyadh-based startup has already supported 250 events across more than 60 cities and towns in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, sending over 35,000 invitations with an 88% RSVP response rate, according to the company. The funding will support team expansion, brand development, and customer acquisition as INVE grows its consumer and business offerings.

Founded in 2024 by Abdulrahman Alabdulkarim, INVE began as a tool to simplify invitations and RSVP management for his sister’s wedding. It has since developed into a platform for individuals and businesses to manage invitations, guest information, and event registration.
Scaling the event-tech startup INVE
INVE launched its business platform in August 2026, targeting companies that use events to engage clients, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
The platform lets organisations send personalised invitations, manage guest lists and registrations, and create branded registration pages and digital entry passes. It also retains guest preferences and attendance histories, allowing hosts to use that information for future events instead of rebuilding lists and repeating the same process each time.
That positions INVE beyond invitation software, towards a tool for managing the relationships businesses develop through events.
Building Strategic Venture Partnerships
Outliers VC became INVE’s first paid business design partner before investing. The venture capital firm used the platform to manage invitations and guest communications under its own brand, including for its upcoming Builder Summit.

That relationship gave Outliers direct experience with the product before it backed the company. Sarah AlSaleh, general partner at Outliers VC, said working with INVE as a design partner helped the firm assess both the platform and Alabdulkarim’s ability to execute.
For INVE, the investment provides capital to expand its business offering while building on an existing example of how the platform can serve an organisational customer.
Future Growth and Market Expansion
INVE’s immediate priorities are expanding across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC, growing its business customer base, and extending its consumer product to occasions beyond weddings.
Longer-term plans include entering North Africa, other African markets, and Europe. Although the company’s self-service product is accessible internationally, its immediate customer-acquisition focus remains Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
The challenge will be converting its early consumer traction into repeat usage by businesses that organize multiple events throughout the year.
Why it Matters to MENA Startups
INVE’s expansion highlights an opportunity for regional startups to turn consumer products into business software by addressing a shared operational need.
For event organizers, guest information often sits across spreadsheets, email accounts, and messaging applications. Centralizing invitations, registration, and attendance histories could reduce that administrative work and make future events easier to manage.
The next test for INVE will be whether its business platform can attract recurring corporate customers while continuing to grow its consumer base. Outliers’ experience as a paying customer offers an initial commercial reference point, but sustained adoption will determine whether the startup can establish itself as a wider event-management platform across the GCC.
