The AI Laptop by e&, developed in collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies, is powered by Snapdragon X Series processors. It features built-in large language models (LLMs) designed to run AI workloads directly on the device.

Unlike cloud-dependent AI tools, the laptop can process designated workloads locally, including when an internet connection is unavailable. This architecture is designed to give organizations greater control over sensitive data while reducing latency and exposure to external cloud environments.

The device is particularly targeted at government, financial services, healthcare, education, logistics, and other regulated sectors where data privacy, security, and sovereignty are critical considerations. By keeping AI processing and sensitive information on the device, organizations can maintain greater control over their data.

He added that the device supports the UAE's ambition to advance AI innovation by putting secure, localized computing capabilities directly in the hands of the workforce.
Technical Specifications and Availability
The laptop includes enterprise-grade security and IT management capabilities, allowing organizations to centrally manage deployments across departments and locations. Its local processing architecture is also designed to support business continuity and reduce latency by handling more workloads directly on the device.

The AI Laptop by e& will be available in two configurations: the S1-14 Elite and S1-14 Plus. The S1-14 Elite features a 12-core Snapdragon X Elite processor, up to 32GB of LPDDR5X memory, and up to 1TB of PCIe Gen5 storage. The S1-14 Plus comes with an eight-core Snapdragon X Plus processor, 16GB of LPDDR5X memory, and 512GB of PCIe Gen4 storage.
Both models run Windows 11 Pro and feature a 14-inch QHD display with a 2,880 × 1,800 resolution, 100% sRGB coverage, Adreno graphics, Wi-Fi 7, a 65Wh battery, and 65W USB-C charging. The devices also come with 36 months of on-site support, supporting enterprise deployments across multiple locations.
