Dubai Chambers and NASSCOM have formed a new partnership to help Indian Agentic AI companies expand in Dubai and connect with MENA's growing technology ecosystem. The collaboration aims to link the two regions, creating opportunities for investors and entrepreneurs to exchange expertise and explore new commercial ventures.
Under the agreement, Dubai Chambers and NASSCOM will facilitate strategic partnerships between stakeholders in both markets. This includes knowledge-sharing initiatives and joint programs focused on advancing Agentic AI.

Scaling Agentic AI Operations in Dubai
A key focus of this partnership is supporting Indian firms that specialize in Agentic AI and deeptech as they set up or scale their operations in Dubai. The initiative connects these companies with potential business opportunities and Dubai's wider innovation ecosystem.
Both organizations plan to host specialized business events designed to bring together innovators, investors, and entrepreneurs from both nations. Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah, President and CEO of Dubai Chambers, noted that this move supports Dubai's broader efforts to help businesses transition toward more advanced technologies to improve competitiveness and productivity.
This agreement arrives as Dubai accelerates its push for regional technology adoption. In June, the emirate established an Executive Committee for Agentic AI, reinforcing its commitment to becoming a global hub for the digital economy.

Building a Hub for Future Industries
The Executive Committee is tasked with strengthening business readiness and supporting the development of specialised AI startups. Its responsibilities include approving AI training programmes and developing incubators to foster growth in the sector.
By partnering with NASSCOM, which represents India's $315 billion technology industry and its 3,500 member companies, Dubai gains direct access to a mature technical ecosystem. For Indian firms, Dubai serves as an ideal base for pursuing opportunities across the Gulf and the wider MENA region.
Why it Matters to MENA
The partnership positions Dubai as a vital bridge between India's expanding tech sector and the Middle East. India offers a deep pool of software engineering talent, while Dubai provides access to international investors and regional enterprises.
The emphasis on Agentic AI is particularly notable compared to conventional generative tools. Unlike basic AI that produces content, these systems can execute complex, multi-step tasks with limited human intervention.
For MENA businesses, this technology could transform customer service, logistics, and enterprise workflows. Ultimately, the collaboration serves as a strategic shift for Dubai, moving from simply attracting companies to actively building a robust, specialized ecosystem around emerging technologies.
