These products are designed to help businesses manage long-term gratuity obligations through DFSA-regulated, capital-protected funds. The ESB offering is particularly relevant for firms seeking greater predictability regarding employee-related financial liabilities.

Supporting Dubai’s Business Community

Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, stated that the partnership supports the chamber’s efforts to strengthen the sustainability of the local business community.

He added that providing members with access to tailored financial solutions strengthens financial protection and supports long-term growth. This expands the range of value-added services available to businesses operating in the emirate.

Upgrade

Beyond providing financial products, Dubai Chambers and Sukoon plan to collaborate on knowledge sharing and product customization. The partnership aims to develop financial solutions that respond to the evolving needs of businesses in Dubai.

Strategic Growth and Future Collaboration

Hammad Khan, Interim CEO of Sukoon Insurance, said the company aims to support the long-term growth of Dubai Chamber of Commerce members by providing cost-efficient coverage.

The partnership comes as businesses across Dubai increasingly seek financial tools to manage operational risks. Companies are looking to protect employees and plan for long-term obligations while maintaining flexibility during expansion.

For the local ecosystem, the collaboration reflects the growing role of financial services providers. Companies are now gaining access to more specialized solutions beyond traditional commercial services.

Why It Matters to MENA

The partnership highlights the push across the MENA region to give businesses, particularly SMEs, better access to essential financial tools. For companies in Dubai’s competitive environment, tailored coverage helps manage risks and protect employees.

It also reflects a shift toward integrated financial solutions in the region. Insurance providers are increasingly supporting companies with comprehensive strategies that extend well beyond traditional risk coverage.
