Bundle has raised $5.5M in pre-seed funding to launch an innovative platform for Web3 customer rewards. By using stablecoins, the service helps brands boost loyalty and conversion rates through more effective incentives.
The funding will support the company's expansion across Asia, accelerate product development, and strengthen strategic partnerships. The firm intends to redefine how businesses acquire, engage, and retain customers using its new infrastructure.
The Shift to Web3 Customer Rewards
For decades, businesses have relied on discounts, cashback, and loyalty points to attract and retain customers. However, rising acquisition costs, declining conversion rates, and shrinking marketing returns have exposed the limitations of traditional incentive programmes.
Bundle believes the future of customer engagement lies in offering meaningful rewards rather than small discounts that consumers increasingly overlook. The startup's platform enables businesses to pool their individual marketing budgets into a shared rewards network.
This allows participating brands to offer substantially larger prizes than they could independently. This collaborative model is particularly designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), giving them access to reward campaigns that can compete with those of much larger brands.
Simplifying Blockchain for Business
"Bundle was built to level that playing field. We believe every business, regardless of size, should be able to offer their customers the kind of rewards that genuinely excite them, rather than relying on discounting, which is a race to the bottom," said Bader Al Kalooti, Co-Founder and CEO of Bundle.
Bundle transforms everyday customer interactions into opportunities to win meaningful rewards. The platform simplifies campaign management by handling the underlying rewards infrastructure and regulatory compliance, enabling businesses to launch cross-border promotions.

While the platform is built on blockchain, the company has intentionally hidden the technical complexity from users. The company believes this consumer-first approach could help accelerate mainstream adoption of blockchain technology beyond speculative use cases.
Proven Results and Funding
Bundle says its pilot programme has already demonstrated encouraging commercial results. Across five markets and five participating companies, the platform rewarded more than 1,100 winners, distributing US$100,000 in prizes, including a grand prize worth US$50,000.
According to the company, participating brands also achieved conversion rates up to four times higher than those generated through traditional promotional campaigns. The company is now focused on strategic partnerships that support its international growth strategy.
The pre-Seed round was led by Ethereal Ventures and Further Ventures.
Why It Matters to MENA
Bundle's funding highlights a growing trend across the Middle East and North Africa. Investors are increasingly backing startups that solve real business problems rather than focusing solely on cryptocurrency trading.
For retailers and SMEs across MENA, Bundle's shared rewards model could offer a cost-effective alternative to traditional loyalty programmes. By pooling incentive budgets, smaller businesses gain access to reward campaigns that rival those of large enterprises.
The investment reflects growing confidence in blockchain infrastructure that delivers measurable commercial outcomes. As digital commerce expands, platforms combining simplicity with efficiency are likely to play an increasingly important role in customer retention.
